About the Role
Believe Care and Support is looking for an experienced, confident and compassionate Team Leader to join a small, specialist team supporting a young woman in her own home in Lytham St Annes.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone with strong experience in mental health, trauma-informed care, eating disorders and complex support needs, who is ready to take on a leadership role while remaining actively involved in delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
The individual we support has previously experienced a long-term hospital admission and currently receives 3:1 support. She lives with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), an eating disorder and autism, and requires a calm, consistent and trauma-informed approach.
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing stability, consistency and positive leadership within the team. You'll work closely with the Service Support Manager and management team, healthcare professionals, advocates and the wider support network to ensure support is safe, effective, consistent and centred around the individual's choices and goals.
This is a role for someone who can lead by example, build trusting professional relationships and remain calm and emotionally regulated when situations become challenging.

Consistency is extremely important, so we're looking for a Team Leader who can help create a stable and supportive environment and ensure the whole team works in a consistent way.
About You
This is a specialist Team Leader position, and we're looking for someone with a strong understanding of complex support.
Essential experience includes:
Experience of DID, self-harm, restrictive eating, hospital discharge or forensic/complex mental health services would be highly desirable.
